Diane R. Sargeant was a partner and co-founder of the law firm of Cox, Sargeant & Burns, P.C., retiring in 2018. Ms. Sargeant devoted her practice exclusively to personal estate planning for individuals and married and unmarried couples and to estate and trust administration, focusing on wealth transfer planning, business succession planning and gift and estate tax planning techniques.
