S. Andrew Burns is a partner in the Indianapolis law firm of Cox, Sargeant & Burns, P.C. Mr. Burns concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, intellectual property and commercial litigation.
General: Born in 1969; admitted to Indiana bar in 1995. Also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for Northern and Southern Indiana, and the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. Education: Duke University (B.A., English; minor History, 1992); University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia, 1990 (co-founder of study abroad program, British literature tutorial lecturer).
